SalesChain releases v7.09: the biggest IT update in the company’s history
Version 7.09 of SalesChain brings integrations with ConnectWise Manage, TechData, Synnex, Supplies Network, Ingram Micro, and Etilize, among other enhancements.
[Waterbury, CT]: CRM and business automation software provider SalesChain released version 7.09 of its software on Sunday, May 8thth2022. This update represents the largest collection of enhancements to the IT pricing and Managed Services Provider (MSP) provider’s business management tools. This update comes as the company continues to focus on office equipment retailers with diverse and diverse developing offers.
This highly anticipated build includes an integration with ConnectWise Manage that syncs companies, contacts, tickets, opportunities, and orders between the two platforms. This integration is the foundation of SalesChain’s One System Platform, which supports companies selling IT services, IT products and printing solutions with a single platform for sales management, quote and order pricing, documentation and commissions. This integration means that SalesChain users can now effortlessly exchange common customer data between ConnectWise Manage and ECI e-Automate via SalesChain.
SalesChain’s new IT pricing platform is also included in this update. Powered by Etilize, this tool pulls nightly catalog data from TechData, Synnex, Supplies Network and Ingram Micro to provide up-to-date pricing data, inventory data, product comparisons and attributions. This tool was developed to enable companies to offer IT products in the same system as imaging and IT service offerings.
Businesses using RingCentral phone services can now click on a phone number and automatically activate the phone. After the call ends, a note window automatically pops up for the user to enter details while the system tracks the call duration. When the user clicks a phone number displayed on a task, a task action window is displayed instead of a note to allow the user to log the action along with call duration details.
This update also includes a new power scope feature, the option to sort leads by revenue range on forecast screens, new 30-60-90 day forecast charts, API integration for DLL loan application submission, and improvements to HubSpot integration and the SalesChain notifications workflows and email campaign systems. The update also includes several fixes and optimizations.
