Fraud and extortion through loan applications under the guise of the savings and credit union

- The second loan is called Cash Loan where Rs 1,600,000 is repaid for a period of 7 days and the money received is Rp 1,008,000.
It took less than 5 minutes for the money to hit my account. I want to cancel the loan, but I can’t because the money has been received. I am looking for a contact Customer service, There aren’t any, only emails in the form of complaints about problems.
On August 7, 2022, I rated Loan Credit Dana’s NUMPUK application with 1 star. Shortly after submitting the review, I received two confirmation messages on my Instagram account. When I opened it, I realized it was from the CS admin side. He asked for my assessment on his app and inquired about the schedule.

On August 8, 2022 he contacted me again and asked for the payment. Chronology of money transfers:

Here I began to suspect that they are cheating on me and calling for blackmail. I tend to be suspicious when I have too many accounts long DM me on IG. One of them is IG Dompet’s excellent application, although I don’t use the application. From then on, I began to believe that KSP friend Dana Sejati was a cooperative of scammers. My old friend became a victim of a scam, who would think I’m a victim now. As a result of loan applications under the guise of KSP, it included online lending, all of which turned out to be illegal.
Almost every day I ask for my money which the CS admin promised me, but the answer is always the same, pay the rest of the bill and we’ll refund. This further demonstrates that my funds did indeed go into the PT Pinjaman credit account. Although they were able to deduct the extra money from my transfer, they were able to deduct my refund from the rest of my bill. But the admin still said it couldn’t happen for various reasons.
On 08/11/2022 at 11:00 p.m. I was suddenly contacted again for payment and promised again that if I transfer IDR 1,000,000 I will get the money back. I actually don’t have any more money here because my money was skimmed off by the admin. logically the cs admin is at 11pm chat customer demand payment?
Through my report, I urge OJK to take strict action against such fraud-based KSPs. Special application loan loan Dana NUMPUK, KSP Mitra Dana Sejati.
